Why this heated display earns its place
The FC14 is the high-capacity double-deck food chute for sites where hot food has to keep moving. It creates a heated pass between back-of-house and front-of-house, giving cooked, wrapped items a clear route from production to service without turning the counter into a muddle of bags, labels and waiting orders.
Its 14-lane layout is designed around control. Adjustable lane guides let the unit be set up around the menu rather than forcing every product into the same width, while front and rear lane labels help staff identify wrapped food from either side. Hidden high-intensity lighting picks out each lane, so the display stays readable as well as warm.
Heat is handled in layers. The food lanes are held in a blanket of hot air, the heat lamps have variable dimmer controls, and the heated lower deck is thermostatically controlled. The two decks can be run independently, so quieter periods do not have to mean running the whole unit at the same setting.
