Why this chip scuttle earns its place
The VIMIF600S Mini Fries is built for a common pressure point in fry service: the gap between the fryer basket and the customer bag. It gives cooked fries a dedicated holding, seasoning and packing station, with a narrower profile than the Vizu Mega Fries for sites that need the workflow without giving up more floor space than necessary.
The working area combines a high-capacity chip dump with a seasoning station. Heat is applied from above and from the base to help maintain cooked fries after frying, and independently controlled zones let staff turn off one side during quieter periods. It is not a fryer and it does not cook; the manufacturer specifies it for cooked products only.
Service layout can be set up around the kitchen rather than the other way round. The unit is suitable for left or right workflow direction, and the bagging rack can be adjusted so the operator can hold, season and bag in a natural sequence. Wrap and chip bag storage sits beneath the dump area, with a salt shaker holder included, so the everyday packaging pieces stay close to the point of use.
