Why this chip scuttle earns its place
The VIMF Vizu Mega Fries is for busy fries-led service where cooked product needs to move quickly from fryer to holding, seasoning and bagging. It combines a large chip dump with a working seasoning station, giving staff a proper production point rather than asking them to manage peak fry demand from loose trays and improvised counter space.
Heat comes from above and from the base of the chip dump to help keep cooked fries at serving temperature after cooking. Independently controlled zones allow one side to be switched off in quieter trading periods, so the whole station does not have to run at full use when demand drops. The unit is explicitly a holding and bagging station; it does not cook and is for cooked products only.
The details are aimed at real service. Movable bag-rack dividers and flaps let the packing area be configured around the operator, and glass can be placed on either side of the unit to suit the line. Wrap and chip bag storage beneath the dump area, plus the included salt shaker holder, keep the essentials close to hand.
