The HT586 is an ambient display cabinet for food that should be seen clearly, labelled neatly and served without refrigeration or heat. It gives a broad countertop display area for cakes, cookies, fruit and other ambient products that rely on visibility to drive quick customer decisions.
This version is built with sliding glass doors to the front and rear, so it can work in either assisted-service or self-service layouts. Staff can load and reset from behind the counter, while customers can access the display from the front where the site wants a self-serve format.
Cossiga keeps the presentation clean: single-glazed top and sides improve stock visibility, energy-saving LED lighting lifts the contents, and ticket strip areas on the shelves and base give each product a clear place for information. The three adjustable shelves let the operator tune the display for taller or shorter products.
