Why this multideck earns its place
The HT585 is the assisted-service version of Cossiga's wide Tower STG ambient countertop multideck. It is made for cakes, cookies, fruit and other ambient foods that need a polished front-of-counter presentation while remaining under staff control.
The solid glass front gives customers a clear view of the display without turning it into a self-service cabinet. Staff load and serve through the rear sliding glass doors, which keeps the product side tidy and helps the counter team manage portions, hygiene routines and display standards through the day.
Presentation is a major part of the design. Single-glazed top and side panels improve stock visibility, while energy-saving LED lighting helps the contents stand out. The shelves and base include ticket strip areas, so names, allergens or other product information can be positioned neatly where customers are already looking.
