Why this prep station earns its place
This is a stainless steel wall work table built around a double gantry — a raised rail arrangement running above the main worktop that gives you extra laydown space for boards, containers or ingredients without eating into the prep surface itself. The main top is 304-grade stainless steel with a satin finish, giving a genuinely hygienic surface that's easy to keep clean.
At 1800mm wide, 700mm deep and 900mm high, there's real surface area for two or three people prepping alongside each other, all supported on a stainless steel structure with fully adjustable feet — useful for levelling on kitchens with less-than-perfect floors. A stainless undershelf runs underneath, adding a second tier of storage so boards, trays and spares aren't left cluttering the main worktop.
At 26kg gross it's a genuinely substantial, welded construction rather than a bolt-together flat-pack table — built to take the daily pressure of a working prep line rather than just look the part.
