Why this prep station earns its place
The Holmes prep table brings professional durability to tight spaces. At 900mm wide by 650mm deep by 900mm high, it's proportioned for corners, alcoves, or against a prep line where you need a solid work surface without consuming floor real estate. The 17.5kg weight means one person can position or reposition it without equipment.
The work surface is 304 stainless steel—the food-grade standard. Under it sits a stainless undershelf for storage, clearing the surface for active prep work. Above, the double gantry provides two levels of laydown or holding space: perfect for staging ingredients, storing prepped components, or keeping your next task within arm's reach without putting it on the work surface itself.
The feet are adjustable, so even on uneven kitchen floors (and many are), you can level it solid and wobble-free. It's designed to be cleaned like every other piece of kitchen furniture—hose it down, wipe it, and forget it. No paint to chip, no crevices to trap food debris, just steel that does what you ask it to do.
Check the narrowest clear opening, then every corner, landing, step and lift from the kerb to the room.
Stated machine geometry while kept upright. Allow handling room and confirm the complete route.
Measure the clear opening
