Why this prep station earns its place
At its core this is a stainless steel prep station: a satin-finished 304 stainless steel worktop on a stainless structure, built for food preparation rather than display. The double-gantry element adds a shelf above the worktop for laydown or storage, and it's matched by a full stainless undershelf below — so you get two tiers of shelving either side of the working surface itself, not just a bare table.
The structure stands on fully adjustable feet, which matters more in a working kitchen than it sounds — floors are rarely dead level, and a wobbling prep table is both annoying and a hygiene risk if it can't be sealed flush to a wall or neighbouring unit. Levelling it properly at install keeps the worktop stable through service.
At 1200mm wide, 700mm deep and 900mm high, it's sized to slot into a standard prep line without dominating it, and a gross weight of 22.5kg keeps it manageable to manoeuvre into position before it's levelled and settled. Stainless steel throughout means it wipes down and holds up to the kind of daily cleaning a food environment demands.
