A fully bespoke ventilation system is the right answer for some kitchens and the wrong one for a lot of others — too much lead time, too much cost, too much complexity for a straightforward run of cooking equipment. Lincat built the SmartVent range to sit in that gap: a stainless steel canopy sized to standard runs, ready to install without a bespoke design-and-fit process behind it.
This is the 1600mm version — 1600mm wide, 1200mm deep and 740mm tall — built to sit over a run of equipment that size and pull cooking heat, steam and grease-laden air up and away from the pass. It's finished throughout in stainless steel, the standard for anything living directly above a cookline, and comes in at 85kg.
Lincat backs the GJ631-CV with two years' parts and labour warranty, the kind of cover you want on anything bolted above a working kitchen and hard to get at once it's fitted.
