The GJ632-LV is Lincat's Smart Vent System sized for a 2000mm run of cookline. It's a stainless steel canopy — 2000mm wide, 1200mm deep, 740mm high — finished in silver, built to sit over a working bank of equipment and pull heat, steam and grease-laden air away from it.
The point of the Smart Vent System is what it replaces. A fully bespoke ventilation system means a canopy designed and fabricated to fit one kitchen, with the time and cost that carries. This is Lincat's ready-engineered answer: the same extraction job, done by a canopy that's already built rather than one still on the drawing board — a genuinely cost-effective alternative to going fully bespoke.
