Why this kitchen canopie earns its place
Extraction only works if the airflow is right, and that's the job the Titan Canopy is built to do. It's a stainless steel canopy with its extraction fan mounted internally, rather than as a separate remote unit, so the whole system arrives as one piece of kit rather than something you're specifying fan and ducting for separately. That internal fan pulls gases, fumes, heat and grease-laden air up and out, creating a uniform draw across the kitchen rather than hot spots and stagnant pockets around the cook line.
At 2100mm wide and 1200mm deep, it's sized for a serious run of equipment — Parry rates it for appliances up to 900mm deep sitting underneath, so it's built with enough depth in mind to properly capture what's cooking well back from the front edge, not just what's right at the lip. The 750mm canopy height keeps it compact overhead rather than eating into headroom over the pass.
Venting is via a top cut-out sized for 350mm ducting, so it's built to connect into a standard ducted run rather than needing a bespoke connection designed around it. Construction throughout is stainless steel with a silver finish, matching the wipe-clean, corrosion-resistant standard expected of anything sitting directly over live cooking equipment.
