Why this kitchen canopie earns its place
Extraction is one of those things a kitchen only notices when it's missing — grease haze on the ceiling tiles, a line cook squinting through steam, an EHO visit that doesn't go well. The Parry Titan Canopy TT1875IF is built to make sure that never happens: a stainless steel canopy with an internal fan, designed to pull gases, fumes, heat and grease-laden air away from the cook line and out through the ducting.
At 1800mm wide and 1200mm deep, it's sized to sit over a serious run of equipment — Parry rate it for appliances up to 900mm deep, so it's built with genuine coverage in mind rather than a narrow strip over a single burner. The top cut-out is sized for 350mm ducting, and because the fan is built into the canopy itself, there's no separate inline unit to plan for in the first-fix — the extraction point and the airflow source arrive as one piece of stainless steel.
Stainless steel throughout means it's easy to keep on top of the grease that extraction inevitably collects, and it looks the part in an open or semi-open kitchen where the canopy is on show as much as it's on duty. Parry back the Titan with a full year's parts and labour warranty, so any teething issue in that first year is covered without argument.
