Why this kitchen canopie earns its place
The Titan TT1575IF is a stainless steel kitchen extraction canopy with an internal fan built in, rather than relying on a separate remote extract unit. It pulls gases, fumes, heat and grease-laden air away from the cookline and pushes it out through the ductwork, which is what actually keeps a kitchen breathable when the cooking suite underneath is working hard.
At 1500mm wide, 1200mm deep and 750mm tall, it's sized for a serious run of equipment — Parry rates it for appliances up to 900mm deep, so it's built with real coverage in mind rather than a token strip above a single unit. The top cut-out is made for 350mm ducting, which needs to be factored into your extraction run when you're planning the install.
The internal fan is the detail that matters here: rather than depending purely on natural draw or a remote fan elsewhere in the building, it actively drives a uniform airflow across the whole canopy, so heat and grease get pulled evenly rather than pooling at one end of the cookline.
