This Combisteel wall-mounted hood is a commercial extraction canopy for a fixed capture point over a cooking line. It is for wall-side layouts rather than island runs.
Day to day, it creates a defined canopy position above equipment that produces heat, vapour and airborne grease. The final system still needs the correct fan, ducting, filters, controls and cleaning access around it.
Use it as part of a planned extraction package, not as a standalone ventilation design. Match the hood to the cooking suite, ceiling route and compliance requirements before ordering, with delivery handling and fixing access agreed early on site.
