Why this food smoker earns its place
The Alto-Shaam 1750-SK/SX is built for kitchens that want smoking, cooking and holding in one stainless-steel unit. It uses real wood chips to add smoke, and Halo Heat technology is designed to deliver high yields and quality food while helping to lower operating costs.
What sets this model apart is its two independent compartments in a single footprint. That gives you more control over service and helps the oven work across different stages of production without needing separate smoking equipment.
Control is deliberately simple. An icon-based touch interface and single knob let you set temperature, smoke, cook and hold times, and you can cook by time or by a single temperature probe. The oven also stores up to eight programmable recipes, which makes it easier to keep a repeatable process once a menu item is dialled in.
