Why this countertop mixer earns its place
Redesigned from the inside out, this mixer brings commercial durability to compact countertop operation. The 5.2-litre stainless steel bowl is a real working size—large enough for genuine production, small enough to fit a cafe or bakery counter without dominating space.
Power matters here. At 1.5 times more powerful than the previous generation, this mixer handles tough mixing jobs: dense dough that would stall a lighter machine, thick batters, cream whipping, bread mixing. Eleven speeds let you dial in the right motion for the ingredient—low for fragile batters, high for heavy doughs. A soft-start function means no dramatic lurch when you hit the button; mixing is controlled and mess-free.
Built from die-cast zinc with all-metal gears throughout, this is genuine commercial construction in a domestic-sized package. A high-heat cut-off protects the motor if things get too warm, and a pouring shield lets you add ingredients mid-mix without spattering the counter. It runs on standard 220–240 V single-phase power at 375 W. The mixer comes finished in Contour Silver and carries a 2-year parts-and-labour warranty.
