The BLIZZARD FMX10 gives you a proper planetary mixer in a compact footprint. It measures 383 x 456 x 612 mm, weighs 45kg and comes in a silver stainless steel finish, so it is a solid fit for kitchens that need real mixing power without a machine that dominates the prep area.
Three speed settings, easy-to-use controls and a lever-operated bowl lift make it straightforward to work with. The bowl guard and safety stop function add another layer of control, while the stainless steel bowl, wire whisk, dough hook and beater mean it arrives ready for mixing, whipping and dough work.
The bowl size is 227 mm high by 250 mm diameter. Maximum flour capacity is 2.5kg and maximum dough capacity is 4kg, which makes the FMX10 well suited to controlled batch work on a 550W motor and 13amp supply.
