Why this planetary mixer earns its place
The BLIZZARD FMX30 is the larger Blizzard planetary mixer in this batch, with a 30 litre bowl capacity and stainless steel construction. It has a silver exterior finish, measures 620 mm deep and 1138 mm high, and weighs 148 kg.
It is set up with three speed settings, a lever-operated bowl lift, a safety stop function and a bowl guard. The mixer is supplied with a stainless steel bowl, plus a wire whisk, dough hook and beater, so the core accessories are already included.
The bowl size is 341 x 364 mm, the maximum flour capacity is 7.5 kg and the maximum dough capacity is 12 kg. That makes it the stronger option where a small bench mixer would be too limited for the batch size.
