Why this planetary mixer earns its place
The Combisteel 7061.0010 is a 30 litre planetary mixer in a white finish, with a footprint of 580 mm by 750 mm and a height of 1210 mm. At 185 kg gross weight, it has the presence of a proper floor-standing machine and is meant to stay put once installed.
Its electrical specification is straightforward: 400 V, 50 Hz, with a rated power of 5 kW. That gives you a mixer suited to a proper commercial setup, where consistency and repeatability matter more than portability.
The manufacturer says it can handle up to 7.5 kg dough with the dough hook and up to 60 eggs with the whisk. That makes it useful when you want one mixer to cover both dough mixing and lighter whisking work without moving up to a larger unit than you need.
