Why this planetary mixer earns its place
The BLIZZARD FMX7 planetary mixer has a white exterior finish and a 7 litre bowl capacity. It measures 333 x 430 x 501 mm and weighs 27.5 kg, so it is straightforward to place on a prep line or worktop.
It comes with three speed settings, a lever-operated bowl lift, easy-to-use controls and a safety stop function. The bowl guard is included as standard, and the mixer is supplied with a wire whisk, dough hook and beater, along with a stainless steel bowl.
