Why this planetary mixersfree standing mixer earns its place
The Vollrath 28Ltr Planetary Mixer 4075803 CS230 is a countertop planetary mixer with a 28 litre capacity and a silver finish. It gives you the same Vollrath mixer line approach as the larger model, but in a smaller format that is easier to place on a prep surface.
It runs on 230V plug power and has a rated input of 1,840 W, with a stated spin / motor speed of 3 rpm. That makes it a straightforward trade mixer for everyday use, rather than a machine packed with extra complexity.
The external dimensions are 1,216 x 635 x 622 mm, and the gross weight is 180 kg, so it still has real working substance behind the smaller capacity. That balance of size and weight gives the mixer a serious presence on the counter while keeping the footprint manageable for a prep area.
