Why this planetary mixer earns its place
The Combisteel 7061.0005 is a 20 litre planetary mixer in white, measuring 560 mm wide, 700 mm deep and 1100 mm high. With a gross weight of 140 kg, it is still a substantial commercial machine, but one with a smaller footprint than the larger mixers in the range.
It runs on 400 V, 50 Hz and is rated at 5 kW, so it fits into a proper commercial power setup. That makes it a practical option where the mixer needs to be dependable, fixed in place and ready for regular use.
The manufacturer states a maximum of 5 kg dough with the dough hook and up to 40 eggs with the whisk. In practice, that gives the machine a clear role for smaller batches where a 20 litre mixer is enough capacity without taking up more space than necessary.
