Why this griddle earns its place
This is a heavy duty steel plated Lincat griddle made for serious countertop cooking. It uses a thick steel plate to spread heat evenly and hold it well, while the dual heat zones are controlled independently so you can manage different parts of the plate at the same time.
The GS65 measures 330 x 600 x 620 mm, weighs 39.9 kg and is supplied on a 230V single phase connection with a 4500W rated input. That gives it the kind of punch you want when the griddle is doing a lot of the pace-setting work in service.
A large removable fat collection drawer and a fat drainage channel help keep the surface cleaner between uses. With a temperature range of +50 to +300 °C and a 2 years parts and labour warranty, it is built to stay in the line-up rather than feel like a temporary fix.
