Why this electric griddle earns its place
This EL. FRY TOP SMOOTH 400V model is the narrower version of the smooth fry top range, with a 425 mm width, 600 mm depth and 181 mm height. Its 38 kg gross weight keeps it in the compact commercial category while still giving it proper kitchen presence.
It runs on 400 V, 50 Hz and is rated at 39 kW, with a working range from 50 to 320 °C. That gives you a wide temperature span for a compact griddle, which is useful when you need one plate to handle different cooking jobs through the day.
The stainless steel 430 build gives it a practical, no-nonsense commercial finish. In a smaller kitchen or on a tighter service line, that combination of width, output and material keeps the unit easy to place without making it feel lightweight or under-specified.
