Why this electric griddle earns its place
This EL. FRY TOP CHROME model is the narrower electric griddle in the range, measuring 425 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 181 mm high. It is built for kitchens that want a compact footprint without giving up the control of an electric plate.
The unit runs on 400 V, 50 Hz and is rated at 39 kW, with a working range from 50 to 250 °C. That gives you a defined heat band to work in, whether you're handling gentler breakfast service or pushing through quicker turns during the rush.
At 38 kg gross, it is lighter than the larger 625 mm version, which makes it easier to position where space is tighter. Even so, it still reads as a proper commercial appliance rather than a small domestic-style top.
