The BLIZZARD Single Flat Top Griddle BG1A is a stainless steel countertop griddle built around an 8 mm steel plate and a manual thermostat. It gives you a straightforward, hard-wearing cooking surface with LED indicator lights and easy temperature control, so the heat is clear to read and simple to manage through service.
At 550 mm wide, 484 mm deep and 237 mm high, it keeps a tight footprint on the counter. The 25 kg gross weight makes it manageable to position, while the rubber feet help it sit securely in place. The removable drip tray is there to make end-of-shift cleaning less of a chore.
The temperature range runs from +50 to +300 °C, which gives you the spread you need for everything from lower-heat holding to a proper hot sear. It runs on a 13amp supply and is designed as a practical, no-fuss griddle rather than a complicated machine.
