Why this electric griddle earns its place
The Blizzard BG2A is built around a stainless steel body and an 8 mm steel plate, giving it the working surface you want from a serious flat-top griddle. It uses a manual thermostat, so control stays direct and simple for the operator.
Its temperature range runs from +50 to +300 °C, which gives a wide spread for breakfast items, burgers and other hot-line service. LED indication lights show when the unit is on, and the easy-to-use temperature control keeps the working routine uncomplicated.
The griddle runs on a 2 x 13amp supply and has a rated input of 4000 W. At 730 mm wide, 523 mm deep and 236 mm high, it offers a broad cooking area while keeping the unit itself relatively low-profile.
