Why this electric griddle earns its place
The BASE 700 EL. FRY TOP 7178.0460 is the broader electric fry top in this group, with an 800 mm width that gives it a larger working footprint. It keeps the same 700 mm depth and 900 mm height as the rest of the BASE 700 family, so it still sits within a familiar line format.
At 140 kg gross weight, this is the heaviest of the five dossiers in this batch and clearly a fixed-position commercial unit. That extra mass makes sense for a wide fry top intended to anchor a main cooking run rather than act as an occasional helper.
The power spec is direct and substantial: 400V and 72 kW rated power. For buyers planning the kitchen layout, that gives a clear signal about the supply and the scale of the unit. The GTIN, 6017433747703, is also present for clean ordering and catalog matching.
