Why this griddle earns its place
This Lincat Silverlink griddle is built for a kitchen that lives by volume. The thick steel cooking surface (750 × 620 mm) is split into two independently controlled zones, letting you manage different products or temperatures simultaneously — burgers on one side, chicken on the other, or breakfast items on one and lunch prep on the second. The steel plate itself is the workhorse: exceptional heat distribution means even browning, and outstanding heat retention means you don't lose temperature when you hit the peak rush.
The output is honest: 190 burgers per hour. That's the kind of work-rate that keeps pace with a busy lunch service in a pub, cafe or independent burger joint. The temperature range runs from 50 to 300 °C, giving you control from gentle warming right through to fast sear. Thermostat control keeps temperature consistent across the shift — no babysitting the dial.
Cleaning is designed in. The removable front drainer drawer catches fat and debris, pulling out completely for a proper wipe-down daily. The stainless steel exterior takes scrubbing without complaint. Three-phase electric supply (230V or 400V) at 6000W means you'll need the right electrical infrastructure, but no gas supply is needed. Countertop operation keeps it mobile — level it on adjustable feet and you're ready to work.
