Why this electric griddle earns its place
The BASE 700 electric fry top chrome 7178.0270 is a large-format electric griddle with an 800 mm width, a 700 mm depth and a 300 mm height. It gives you a broad cookline footprint while keeping the body low.
The dossier confirms a 400 V supply and a rated power of 72 kW. Those electrical figures matter just as much as the physical size, because this is a serious fixed installation rather than a small countertop add-on.
At 119 kg gross weight, it is the heaviest unit in this set and clearly built for a permanent position in the kitchen line. The key planning numbers are the 800 x 700 x 300 mm footprint, the 400 V connection and the 72 kW rating.
