Why this griddle earns its place
The F915 is a Lincat Silverlink 600 electric griddle built around a chromed steel plate and a single heat zone, so it is made for straightforward, controlled cooking rather than unnecessary complexity. Lincat says the chrome-covered steel plate helps reduce heat radiated out to the work area and also reduces the power required, which is exactly the kind of practical detail that matters on a busy line.
It is thermostatically controlled, with a temperature range from 50 to 300 °C, so you can keep the heat where you need it for different service jobs. The scratch-resistant finish is designed to be easy to clean, which helps when the griddle is working hard through service and needs to be brought back down quickly afterwards.
At 330 x 450 x 600 mm and 32 kg, it is a compact countertop-sized unit with enough output to keep pace in a commercial kitchen. The published throughput is 100 burgers or 60 steaks per hour, and the griddle is backed by a 2 year parts and labour warranty.
