Why this countertop chargrill earns its place
The Lincat Opus Ignite brings authentic chargrilled flavour to your menu without gas or solid fuel. Real flame technology delivers that caramelised crust and restaurant-quality char marks customers expect, whilst electric convenience means no fuel delivery headaches, no ventilation complexity, and safer countertop positioning than you'd get with gas.
Four independently controlled heat zones give you flexibility in a single unit — high-temp sear on one zone whilst you gently warm through on another, matching your service rhythm without cooking compromises. At 1100mm wide, you've got proper working surface for bulk covers, yet it sits comfortably on a countertop (1100 × 800 × 700 mm). At 14.4kW on single or three-phase 220–240V, it's adaptable to most kitchen electrics.
The efficiency story is real: 41% lower energy than traditional direct cook chargrills. Real flame meets smart heat management, so you're not pouring kW into the room — you're cooking food. The stainless steel construction and enamelled base withstand high-volume service; the cast iron grids are removable and built to last, creating distinctive branding marks that your customers recognise meal after meal.
