Why this griddle earns its place
The Falcon F900 E9581R splits the difference. One half of the 18 mm plate is deeply ribbed—for steaks, chops, and burgers where you want those char lines and the plate to sit proud of the cook face. The other half is smooth, polished steel—for eggs, pancakes, and flatbreads where stick-free surface wins. A single thermostat controls the whole plate, running 100 to 300 °C. Two independent 4.4 kW elements feed the zone evenly; temperature recovery is fast.
The rib side imparts flavour: the valleys fill with meat juices and rendered fat, smoke rises, and the char marks become part of the plate's story. The smooth side handles delicate work. The 18 mm thickness means you load it cold without temperature collapse. The grease trough and removable collection pan make daily service straightforward—no hidden grease pockets.
The unit is engineered to F900 standard: 2 mm 304-grade stainless-steel body, laser-cut edges for seamless joining via the Dynamic Link System, IPX5 rated. At 350 × 800 × 900 mm (97 kg), it fits tight work stations. Three-phase 230/400V, 8.8 kW draw.
