Compact chargrill. The Fagor FT-E905 R is the smaller sibling of the full 800 mm line: 400 mm of fully ribbed steel, 7.25 kW, built to fit tight spaces and still deliver char. The ridge pattern runs across the whole plate — steaks, burgers, chops, portobello — nothing goes smooth. Fat channels down and drains; you're not fighting grease.
400V three-phase, push-button start, stainless steel build. It's 75 kg, so it sits happy on a reinforced counter or a stand. Preheat to service temperature is roughly 20 minutes; recovery under 3 minutes between covers. The waste collection drawer empties from the front — no reaching behind. At 930 mm deep, it takes standard counter depth.
