Why this griddle earns its place
The Buffalo CU474 is a single phase electric griddle made for kitchens that need a compact but capable cooking surface. At 400mm wide, it keeps the footprint tight while still giving you enough room to handle breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
Its 10mm thick ribbed mild steel plate and 3kW element are there to heat quickly and spread warmth evenly across the cooking surface. The ribbed plate is useful when you want attractive branding lines on food, and it also helps channel fat away into the large capacity fat collection drawer.
The stainless steel build and fully welded plates are designed for regular commercial use and easier cleaning at the end of service. Splash guards to the side and rear help keep nearby surfaces tidier while you work.
