Why this dual fuel range earns its place
The Lincat Opus 800 DM508-P is a dual fuel oven range built for kitchens that want gas on the top and an electric oven underneath, all in a 600 mm-wide footprint. At 912 x 600 x 800 mm and 155 kg gross, it is a substantial but still space-conscious range for a busy line.
On the hob, the range uses powerful 7kW burners with dual concentric rings, giving chefs focused heat distribution from a low simmer through to a strong boil. Heavy duty pan supports and a strong steel chassis are part of the build, so it is made to handle day-to-day commercial use without feeling delicate.
The fan-assisted electric oven gives uniform heat and consistent cooking results across the interior, with room for 3 x 1/1 GN. The temperature range runs from +120 to +280 °C, and the unit is finished in stainless steel with a 2 years parts and labour warranty.
