Why this gas range earns its place
The Falcon Chieftain six-burner on natural gas delivers parallel cooking across six independent burners without thermal interference. Simmer stocks and reduce sauces on one burner whilst searing steaks, frying vegetable batches and holding warm plates on the others—each burner runs at full output independent of its neighbours. The cavity oven reaches +275°C and holds GN 2/1 double capacity, completely separate from hob demand, so you can roast and bake whilst the hob runs at full operational pace.
Cast-iron pan supports run the full width—they're reinforced to take the weight and impact of commercial cookware, the solid-bottomed pans with handles that demand proper bearing. This is a workhorse hob, built for stacking and moving heavy pans across burners without creep or thermal recovery lag. The 150mm plating area stays accessible even under full load, and the castors let you reposition the range during setup without strain.
At 55 kW on natural gas, this range requires properly sized mains supply—a qualified gas engineer should assess your pipe and regulator before installation. Unlike propane, mains gas is continuous on-site, which eliminates cylinder logistics and supply interruptions during service. Two-year commercial parts-and-labour warranty covers both hob and oven.
