The Unox LINEMICRO Anna XF023 DR727 is a compact convection oven designed for countertop use where space is tight but quality still matters. Unox positions it as an oven that delivers excellent baking uniformity and suits convenience foods and frozen goods.
It takes four 460 x 330 mm trays and runs from a 230V supply with a 3000 W rated input, so it is built for practical day-to-day production rather than a large floor-standing bakehouse setup. The stainless steel construction and silver finish keep it in the familiar commercial oven mould.
The temperature range from +30 to +260 °C gives it the flexibility to handle a wide spread of cooking tasks, from gentle holding and reheating through to hotter baking work. At 22 kg gross weight, it is also relatively manageable for a countertop machine of this type.
