Why this electric oven earns its place
The E546 is a heavy duty Silverlink 600 convection oven built in stainless steel and sized for 2/3 Gastronorm pans. It runs from a 230V supply, uses 3000 W, and is designed as a plug unit, giving it the kind of install flexibility many busy kitchens need.
Its double glazed glass door makes it easier to see what is happening inside without opening the oven. That matters in service, where you want to keep heat in the cavity while still checking progress quickly and cleanly.
As with the rest of the Silverlink 600 oven line, Lincat has focused on practical working details. The fan-assisted operation is aimed at reduced cooking times and optimum efficiency, while the vitreous enamelled interior with radiused corners and removable side shelf is there to make cleaning less of a chore.
