Generous 1/1 GN¿compatible capacity with 15 shelf positions and three shelves per chamber makes batch cooking and banqueting simple – shelves measure 435(W) x 630(D)mm. Up to 48 recipes can be stored per chamber for fast, repeatable programming, streamlining staff training and service.
