Why this electric oven earns its place
The SA808 is a compact cookline in its own right: a Buffalo 600 Series electric range with a convection oven below and four electric hotplates above. It gives a professional kitchen one place to bake, roast, finish and cook on the hob, helping a short cookline do more work.
Inside, the 3kW main oven uses fan-assisted cooking to circulate heat for more even finishes and consistent temperatures through the cabinet. It accepts up to three full-size 1/1 GN trays, while the grill function lets you brown or finish dishes without a separate grill. Dial controls keep operation straightforward, and the 40 mm drop-down door has a strong ergonomic handle.
The hob provides four cooking positions: two 1.5kW rings and two 2kW rings, with 180 mm hotplates. A fully pressed and sealed hob top wipes clean after service, and high-limit thermostats are built into the hotplates to help prevent overheating. Measuring 850 × 600 × 600 mm externally, the range is part of Buffalo's 600 Series and is designed to sit neatly with other 600 Series appliances.
