Why this dual fuel oven earns its place
At 900 mm width, this Evolution unit sits neatly into tighter spaces without shrinking what you can do. The ribbed griddle gives you a crisp sear surface for vegetables, steaks and pancakes; beneath it, the electric convection oven heats evenly across both cavities. Convection circulation means faster cook times and more even browning—useful when you're juggling multiple orders and need consistency.
LPG gives you freedom. If your kitchen is in a location without mains gas infrastructure, or you're adding capacity to an existing setup, bottled gas means you're not dependent on external supply lines. The oven still draws its heat from electric elements, so you get that even cooking regardless of gas pressure variability.
The 812 mm depth is the standard working depth across the Evolution range. That means if you need to add a companion unit later—more refrigeration, prep tables, or another piece of cooking equipment—they align cleanly and create one continuous workstation. The 2/1 GN double capacity gives you storage and cooking for two trays of roasted veg, proteins or pastries side-by-side.
