Why this pizza oven earns its place
The Sirman Vesuvio 70×70 Single Deck Pizza Oven CU080 is a heavy-duty stainless-steel electric oven with aluminium-coated metal internal chamber walls and a stone-baked deck. It runs on 240V power, has a rated input of 5,900W and uses a plug connection, so it is set up for straightforward commercial installation.
This is the smallest of the Vesuvio ovens in this batch, but it still holds its own for service. It cooks up to four 14-inch pizzas at a time, and the internal chamber measures 700 x 700 mm. That makes it a practical option when you need a dedicated pizza oven without moving into a bigger footprint.
Two thermostats give you separate control of the baking deck and the chamber, and the oven also includes interior lighting, a glass-windowed door and an air vent with shutter. Optional hood and stand are sold separately.
