Why this pizza oven earns its place
The Roller Grill PZ430 S is a single-deck pizza oven made for quick, controlled cooking. Its stainless steel and glass build is paired with a stone base, giving the oven the heat spread needed for consistent pizza results.
Roller Grill states that it can cook a fresh 16 inch pizza in about 3 minutes, or a frozen pizza in around 5 minutes. Independent control of the top and bottom elements gives the operator more flexibility, and the oven also works as a grill for toasted sandwiches and as a warming oven.
The unit includes a 15 minute timer with constant override position and a 350°C thermostat. It can be stacked up to three high using the PZ stacking bracket, which makes it easier to scale a pizza setup without giving up too much counter space.
