Why this pizza oven earns its place
The Roller Grill PZ4302 D is a compact pizza oven built around high speed quartz and infrared elements. It combines a stainless steel and glass body with a stone base, giving the oven a clear purpose: fast, even pizza cooking in a machine that is designed to be used hard.
Roller Grill states that it can cook two fresh pizzas up to 16 inches in about 3 minutes, or frozen pizzas in around 5 minutes. Independent top and bottom element control gives the operator more control over the heat, and the 350°C thermostat supports that approach when service gets busy.
The oven also works as a grill for toasted sandwiches and as a warming oven, so it is not limited to pizza alone. A 15 minute timer with constant override position is included, and the PZ4302 D can be stacked up to three high using the PZ stacking bracket.
