Why this combination oven earns its place
The Rational iCombi Pro FN882-1PH gives you full six-tray 1/1 GN combi oven capacity on a single phase supply. It is a stainless steel oven finished in silver, measures 754 x 850 x 842 mm and weighs 99 kg, with an electrical safety notice flagged in the specification.
Rational says the iCombi Pro sets the standard in intelligent, dynamic cooking for the professional kitchen. In practice, that means built-in assistants such as iProductionManager, which automatically monitors each rack to help keep service organised and the cooking results repeatable.
The oven is also designed to help with energy use and cleaning. If you specify efficiency, it can intelligently adjust its settings to help reduce running costs, and the iCareSystem regularly monitors dirt build-up and proposes the right cleaning setup and chemicals at the appropriate time. It is supplied with a 2 year parts and labour warranty.
