Why this combi oven earns its place
The INOXTREND CDA Compact Combi Oven is built in high grade 304 stainless steel inside and out, with a 1040 x 920 x 820 mm footprint. It is a serious piece of kit for kitchens that want combi versatility without giving up a clear, manageable footprint.
It accepts both GN1/1 and GN2/1 trays and is supplied with one shelf tray slides spaced 67 mm apart. Internal illumination is included, so the cooking chamber is easier to work with during service and checks.
The door is left-hand hinged as standard, with a right-hand hinged option available as a special order. Steam is generated by a direct system, while the cooking chamber has auto cool down when the door is open and an automatic safety release valve for steam and overpressure.
