Why this combi oven earns its place
The RDA110E is a manual-control combi oven built for high-volume kitchens that know exactly what they want to cook. It holds 10 GN1/1 pans across a single shelf — the full-depth load — which means you can roast 60 portions of veg, steam 40 packets of fish, or proof a full run of bread in one shot. The cavity runs from +50°C right up to +270°C, so you're covered for everything from delicate reheating and gentle steaming to hard roasts and blast-finishing.
High-grade 304 stainless steel inside and out — no surprises when things get wet. Internal LED lighting means you can see what's cooking without opening the door. The steam system generates water directly, no complicated plumbing; just fill it on-site and go. Tray slides are spaced 67 mm apart, so there's room to work around the pans without wrestling them out.
Controls are mechanical — no touchscreen, no software quirks. If you know a combi oven, you know this one. It's 710 mm wide, 830 mm deep, and 950 mm tall, so it slots into a standard 1-metre run of cooking kit. Weighs 121 kg and runs on 3-phase at 12.2 kW. The door is left-hinged as standard, and it comes with one shelf, the hand shower for steaming, and everything you need to fit it on-site.
