Why this combi oven earns its place
This electric convection-/steam oven gives you 5 x 1/1 GN capacity in a compact stainless steel cabinet. The oven measures 870 mm wide by 750 mm deep and 660 mm high, so it is the smallest unit in this five-grid group.
At 75 kg gross weight, it is a lighter combi oven than the larger models in the range, but it still keeps the same stainless steel finish and the same touch-screen controller. That makes it straightforward to place and straightforward to run.
The stated temperature range runs from 50 to 280 °C. The dossier lists a 400 V, 50 Hz supply and a rated power of 63 kW, so the electrical specification should be checked carefully at install stage before you commit it to a site.
