Why this combination oven earns its place
The Maxx Pro 10.10 GS is Convotherm's answer to space-constrained kitchens that still need combi-oven reliability. It holds 10 full-size GN trays in the main chamber plus 1 in the holding zone — enough for 30–50 covers depending on your recipe and holding time. The footprint is genuinely compact: just 966 mm wide and 792 mm deep, so it fits on a solid workbench in a café kitchen, care facility, or smaller restaurant prep area. Yet it runs the same three cooking modes (convection, steam, combination) as its larger siblings.
The easyDial interface is simpler than the touchscreen models: all inputs and functions are set at a single level and always visible. This means less training, fewer clicks, and faster operation during rush. The oven responds immediately, so your team programmes in seconds and gets reliable results. Disappearing door keeps working space open around prep stations. Fully automatic ConvoClean handles cavity cleaning between services.
The gas-injection steam system means you can run off a small gas bottle if your electrical supply is limited (though mains gas is fine too). Runs on single-phase 230V, just 600W — almost any kitchen can plug it in. Stainless steel build, 128 kg, 2-year Convotherm warranty. It's the right oven when you need combi-oven capability but not combi-oven scale.
